  • Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Rates quoted are in Euros, including the breakfast.
  • The city tax (3.13 € / per night / per person) is exclusive to the rates above and will be paid upon online booking.
  • Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
  • Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@velo-city2022.com or by fax (+90 212 347 63 63).

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

  • Cancellations before April 13, 2022 will receive a full refund minus an administrative charge of Euro 25.
  • Cancellations on and after April 14, 2022 will not receive any refund.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail registration@velo-city2022.com or fax (+90 212 347 63 63).

Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of VELOCITY 2022 and, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
